Education

Knowing your body, and feeling good in it.

How do we educate?

Clinical outcomes improve when patients receive clear explanations about their condition and treatment, and we prioritise education in all of our interactions with patients. By explaining your diagnosis and its causes, as well as treatment options and our recommendations, we give patients the knowledge they need to have the best outcomes. We provide adequate time to explain the presenting problem and the recommended treatment plan.

Who can benefit from education?

Understanding your body condition or injury means you can take the right steps towards improved health, which is why education is important for every patient, no matter their age, activity level or physical health. In particular, we support people with:

  • New or ongoing injuries
  • Persistent or recurring pain
  • Recent surgeries
  • Sports performance and injury prevention
  • Movement concerns
