As soon as you can! The earlier we can get onto an injury, the better we’ll be able to treat it safely and quickly. If you delay treatment, you also run the risk of causing further damage and leaving yourself in unnecessary pain.
That’s ok — we start with a detailed assessment of your symptoms and movement so we have a full understanding of your injury, and how best to treat it. If you’re in pain, book in with us and we’ll help get you sorted as soon as possible.

We provide treatment and support to athletes of all sports, including runners and swimmers, tennis, footy, basketball and netball players, and more. However you sustained your injury, we build a plan to help you rehabilitate your injury and get back to what you love sooner.
Recovery times will vary for each patient depending on the severity of your injury and how well your body responds to treatment. At our initial assessment, we will identify your specific needs and provide an expected recovery timeline, and throughout your treatment we will regularly review your progress and communicate how well you are tracking.
